Branchial Cleft Cyst Type 3 or 4

Hello, my daughter has been seeing ENT for a neck abscess. I met with her surgeon yesterday and he told me he suspects it's a Cleft Branchial Cyst either a type 3 or 4. He said he has very little experience with this condition as not only is it very, vary rare, but I looked up his profile and hes only been an attending since 2011.

We live in Columbus, Ohio. Does anyone out there have any resources for me? This risks associated with removal are very high, and the procedure if very invasive. I really only want an expert operating on my daughter. Unfortunately, the internet searches don't show anyone as an expert for this condition. Though I would like to stay in Ohio for her procedure I am willing to travel out of state.

ANY and ALL information anyone has would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
