Hello, I'm new here.

Hi, I have been dealing with Raynaud's syndrome for 2 winters. As you all know it is very frustrating. I am looking for help, tips, and suggestions to try to cope with this!

Re: Hello, I'm new here.

layers - lots of layers. And anything that can be restricting to the circulation should be eliminated, such as cuffs on gloves and mittens. those little chemical hand warming packets are great as well as heated socks and gloves. And wool is great for next to the skin use in socks and gloves and mittens. It wicks away moisture and still retains heat when wet. I've found that avoiding touching cool things such as metal door handles bare handed can help stave off attacks too.
