| Exercise, trembling and Raynaud's?
I wonder if someone can help me figure out what's going on.
I've had trembling in my hands on and off the last few days, which I attributed to drinking a magnesium supplement (I plan to stop that).
This morning I pushed myself quite hard and ran several miles which I am not used to doing. When I got back, the trembling was severe. I took a shower and shortly afterward began to feel very cold all over my body. It was about 74 degrees in the house. I was freezing. I looked in the mirror and noticed my hands were very, very white. They looked dead. My fingers were particularly white and looked like zombie fingers. I have heard about Raynaud's but I never had this happen before. I always thought that happened in cold weather, but this seemed to be a result of the intense exercise.
I warmed up with a blanket and an hour later, I feel almost normal, hands are warm again but fingers are still white, and the trembling is gone.
What's happening, and should I see a doctor?
