Unhappy Raynaud's Disease

I found out I have Raynaud's Disease which is affects my fingers with various symptoms. I have been feeling extremely fatigued but mostly stiff all over with sore elbows as well as the bottoms of my feet along with swollen ankles. I'm only 35 but I feel like I'm 95. Is there anyone experiencing some of these problems? What helps you feel better?

Re: Raynaud's Disease

Raynaud's in itself should not be causing the fatique or joint aches. It does however tend to ride on the coattails of other diseases such as Rhuematoid arthritis and Lupus that do cause those symptoms. You didn't say which kind of doctor diagnosed the Raynaud's but I would strongly suggest getting a referral to a rhuematologist. I have Raynaud's myself but also RA.

Re: Raynaud's Disease

My brother has Raynaud's. His hand are blue all the time. Me, I believeI have it too. Except my hand don't go blue. My fingers (and toes) will go numb (doesn't have to be freezing out) and one of my toes recently went numb and I had a white patch on it that was extremely numb. It hurt to warm them up (they turned red) and it's the most uncomfortable feeling to warm back up. Like they've been asleep for awhile.

Maybe I should get it really checked out to see if RA in involved. I can't hold anything small anymore, my fingers just cramp up. Sometime's I have what I call mystery pains. Joints that hurt for no possible reason.
