Exclamation Need help with Raynaud's
The past few years i've noticed my hands turning Blue/purple in cold weather. Sometimes even going numb and white!

Im only 16 and was wondering if this was anything serious. I know what it is, Raynaud's, but am not sure if it is anything i should take care of, or will lead to problems in the futures.

I've been playing drums for 10 years and depend on my hand a lot, so any information which would make me aware of the problem would be very helpful.

I had it as a kid and now I don't. I was around second hand smoke as a kid and after I left home I was in a smoke-free environment. I always wondered if this was why I had it? Are you around second hand smoke?

I also had this when I was a kid- probably from the ages of 10-14, and now I don't anymore. I seem to have grown out of it. It's possible you may, too.

Hi, I was diagnosed with Raynaud's last year and at the time there was no advice that the rhemo gave me other than to tell me that I had it. I know mine feels like it is getting worse. Does anyone know of anything that can help?
