Does anyone else have Raynaud's with the fibro? It's gotten worse since last year. I was in the store today picking out broccoli crowns, and the mister came on. The broccoli I picked out was cold, and my fingers went purple and white.
If anyone has it, what do you do about it except wear goves (even inside, sometimes) and keep warm?
Doctor just suggested that Raynaud's is a possibility for my cold hands & feet which I have always had. Not bad enuf to turn blue. I just wear gloves & socks-- always socks! It's barely 50 degrees here & I have been sleeping with socks even though the rest of my body is warm & toasty undercovers.
There are creams that will give you the feeling of warmth and sooth joints, muscles. Try a homeopathic shop.
