 Bleeding fingers
Hi everyone - I have had Raynaud's in my hands especially for many, many years. This winter is proving to be a very bad one. The skin on my fingers, particularly between the fingers, is splitting and bleeding daily. For the past two nights I have spread Vaseline on one of my hands and then placed a vinyl examination-style glove over my hand and slept that way. It appears to be doing a very good job. A lot of the sores are looking much better and I haven't had any bleeding today.
I was wondering if others were finding this winter challenging and if anyone has tried a similar technique with the Vaseline?
