Hi Patti,

No, I didn't get sick or dizzy from the meds in my pump. Since the meds don't go through your system, I doubt that would happen, but I guess, you never know. Every once in a while, I need to get my pump increased so I guess your body does get used to it after a while. Any other questions, let me know.

Sharon

Re: sharon, got any info on pump?

thanks sharon i won't be needing one for awhile but my friend will be going on one and was asking me. does it help the pain go away or just weeken it? she is very depressed and in constant pain. i suppose for her something is better then nothing though. thanks again sharon thats what i love about the boards, someone always has different ideas or experiences so you get all kinds of info. told my friend to try the boards but it hurts her to type. she can't look down at the keyboard. i think if she got on this sight and saw she was far from alone, it would make herfeel better. so many people here are in the same boat, many woman, many of whom are moms, it is really nice to know that you are not alone. oh well, time for me to get into my cumfy bed and dream about the day i settle this stupid wc case...lol i'm taking them to the cleaners (yeah right). hopefully enough to live comfortably for the next 20 years. have a good night sharon and thanks again for the great info., patti

Hi Patti,

You're very welcome. Before I had my pump put in, they did a trial so I'd think they'd do the same for your friend and then she'd have an idea of whether it would help her pain or not.

Sharon
