A littl help please. I dont know whats up

hello all . I wanted to ask every one here what they think. I cannot seem t find he answer any where else so I wonder if this is RSD related.
past two days the pain has grown tremendously!!!! I cant even lay down it hurts so much . Plus new pain in belly button straight through to the other end"if ya know what I mean. Smelling sugar or milk is making me nauseous, and I cant stop peeing.. every couple of minutes , and it isnt squirt squirt, and it isnt painful. in fact its easier then it has been my whole life, and the stream is steady and it is a lot. like a cup full every time . I am not drinking that much either.. I am not thirsty, and peeing only relieves the sensation that I need to go .."not the pain" whats this sound like to you??? all answers would be helpful and appreciated thank you

What is weird is that you say you are not drinking more liquids ,,yet peeing more. The pain in your belly button...could it be an umbilical hernia? I now have one and it hurts but I dont pee anymore or less. Good thing your not thirsty (you ruled out Diabetes).
Urine not dark? Wish your pain would go away. Good luck
