Here is a link to excellent articles on CRPS (RSD) prepared by a team of doctors at the Mayo Clinic. They are very understandable and includes excellent descriptions of CRPS Types I & II. It goes over the diagnostic tools used for CRPS and the various treatments and drug therapies commonly used. It has an algorithm that clearly maps out the courses of treatment.
