I was recently put on Avinza (time released morphine) 30mg daily. It seemed to kinda help the first couple of days, but now, I feel as though I might as well take tylenol for all the help Im getting from it. The only good thing I find with it (and maybe its not so good!!) is I find it does help me mentally, like Im not such a basket case!! Not sure if thats a good thing or not. Any suggestions, Which medications help? I take topomax, remeron, tried many, had 2 stellate blocks (which have lasted a whopping 2 hours), nothing seems to get any relief. I know Im not going to be pain free, but a little something would help. Im just shocked at the morphine, I thought I would get a little more from that..........Claire
