Hi All

I have my FINAL, yes FINAL Workers Comp hearing this morning (Thurs) at 10:45. All the settlement papers are signed by both parties, and the judge just has to agree to it. We were at this point a few months ago, but the WComp jerks backed out at the last minute. So I'm asking everyone to please send me out some good thoughts/vibes

this morning so that the judge agrees to the settlement and this 4 year court battle from hell will finally end!

I really need this to be over!

Hi lefty, I know how that can be, i just settled my case with comp in may, and what a relief it is. Good luck to you, hopefully everything will go as planned.....Claire

i've been fighting wc for 6 yrs, since 3-29-2000. hope ur final went great, hope u got millions... was this a settlement? well let us know how it went. i am so praying for you. the wc people here in connecticut r monsters
