Re: Suggestions on foot wear

I actually used to sell shoes a few years back which helped me know what to do when this thing spread to my feet
Good shoes and switch them around alot. I wear New Balance tennis shoes and get them in wide. Ecco shoes are very comfortable and have great support and shock absorbancy, they are a naturally built wider shoe also.
The lidoderm patches the doctor gave me when awhile back didn't work much for the hands but with the feet they seem to tame the top flame abit....extra bonus it's cushy to walk on
Hope this helps
Jeanne

Re: Suggestions on foot wear

Marcia
Are you able to go to a store and try them on? That's really the best way because everyone's feet are so different. For me I have the tennis shoes and sandals, it's the only pair of sandals I can wear now. I can't wear anything with a heel at all....the pressure has to be evenly distributed for me and I can't take the rubbing of a slide on shoe.
Also take into consideration any swelling, that's why I like the wider shoes...plenty of expansion room
So many cute shoes in my closet that I can't even think about wearing anymore
Jeanne
