I;m kind of upset about this but don't know if I should tell dr. or not. I went to Oklahoma this weekend. I didn't drive. I noticed my leg was uncomfortable. When I got there my right foot was kind of white. I had to stretch it out. I've also noticed that my LEFT foot is now tingling and acting up plus I had a spell where my knuckles were very red and the bottoms of my hands were red and blotchy. Very noticeable too. My arms from elbows down and starting to tingle. I hope this isn't spreading. My accident happened on February 17th. The puffiness around my right now is down the leg on the inside. oh boy, I sure hope not. Can you tell me your symptoms when it started spreading, it it did???? I don't need this, I really don't...... Dr. has me scheduled for another block tomorrow. Can they block left and right side at once? What do they do for your arms??? thanks.

Dayton, I would definitely mention it to the doc.. Maybe it's because you were sitting too long? When mine spread from one foot to the other it began the same way. It was almost overnight. Six or so months I had it in the left foot and then almost over night I woke up and it was my right foot that was affected. I do get tingling in my fingertips but the doc said that's from the Topomax which is a med similar to Neurontin. Again, I would check with the doc.

Dayton,

I knew mine was spreading to my legs when they started to hurt real bad and turn purple, blotchy and cold. They also get real stiff even if I only sit for a minute.

I hope you are not having this spread.
