Good morning,

I read that you have the pain pump also, do you also have tthe spinal cord stim?? I also see that youare from NY.. where abouts in ny?? I am from upstate? Just wondering if we might have the same doctors?? How does the pain pump wrk for your RSD?? my doc said that he can put other meds in there like the baclofen or cloidine besides the pain meds.. soo.. its getting my hopes up becasue it will be like the continula epidural i had when he addmitted me fro a week with it and it worked to keep the pain away!

Gotta jet.. i have to see my GYN this am.. yah! lol

Bryn I had the pain pump with baclofen, it was great. I could move my arm/fingers with no pain at all. I was allergic they had to remove it after 5 days. 9It is rare to be so allergic so don't worry about that part) But it was really great those few days, I cried when I started having reactions cause it was my answer to no pain at all. I am also alergic to morphine type drugs so they had nothing they could sub for it.

Go for it, it really works great. This new book I have even talks about how it has ansered many peoples prayers.

Did your doc give you a date he will put it in?

Hi Bryn!

I hope your appointment went well today. I've had the pump for two years and I like it a lot. I have morphine and Bupivicaine in it. I don't have the stimulator. I did a trial for the stim and it didn't help me. I live on Long Island and my doctors are here and in the city. Are your doctors up by you? If you have any other questions, let me know. Bye.

How far Upstate do you live? I just read that your doctor is in the city. Do you mean Manhattan or some other city?

No i live in the Binghamton area and my docs are in Syracuse NY. Manhatten is 5-6 hours away from me.. cant drive that far..lol
