After my block on Monday I was to call in today. They asked about pain and I said well I'm suffering more from the iv than the foot and she laughed. And I said gee you ought to see my arm, and she said oh you're what we call a "bruiser." I immediately thought of a big 300 pound gorilla!! But she said Dr. Enty has said since my pain levels have always been so low (I mean 1 to 2), he's not going to do another block (I've had 4 lumbar). I just have to stay on the neurotin (it's almost ready to run out), and I have to go to his office on July 28, Monday. Whew, I'm glad of that, what a relief!! Me and needles just don't mix, come to think of it, me and anyone in the medical profession don't mix!! Now I can concentrate on loosing this weight I've gained. I feel like the Goodyear blimp!! This has really been hanging over my head. Think I'll go shopping after I get my hair cut tonite (that part of me does resemble a gorilla LOL). I'll drop in again and let you know how things are going. Right now I'm starting to pack for my trip. One nice thing about going to mom's -- if I forget anything I have 3 sisters!!
