I can't wait! No pain!! It will last at the least for as long as I am hooked up to the epidural, and hopefully, when they disconnect it, I'll remain pain free for a while, and at best, it will stop my pain for good (for now at least). I know rsd isn't cured even if the pain stops. That sucks so bad.

Anyway, I wanted to say g'bye for now. I don't know how long I'll be in the hospital. My insurance company says 2 days, my PM says 5. My guess is that the insurance company will win, but hopefully they'll approve another day or 2. What ticks me off is that I work for the same hospital that I have the insurance from. What jerks

I hope all of you stay as pain free as possible, and I'll let you guys know how the epi infusion goes when I get back. I am gonna miss you guys. You're my link to the outside world. Take care

I wrote this to you a couple dozen times, but I'll tell you again, I'll miss you. You are too funny with those smilies! I really, really hope that you can get some lasting pain relief from this, but as you say, at the least, it will last while it's in. Good luck.

I hate to be ignorant....but what IS an epidural infusion??? I haven't heard of it before? Is it for your feet/legs, or your hands/arms or everything and anything? What do they do? You have to be hospitalized for days?
