I cannot believe this. I just went to see dr. enty on monday and i took off all day. Now here it is only Wednesday and my leg hurts. It's kind of an itching ache. I also have diahhrea!! My legs are slightly swollen below and around the knee, just kind of puffy. I pray that I'm not heading for a relapse. I really don't need this. Besides the fact that I have stress at work I really don't want to have to start blocks again and deal with my husband. Questions, tho, does the neurotin help with the burning pain? What do you do about the numbness and itching? I took my elavil last night but apparently I didn't sleep well as I'm really tired today. god, I hope not. I wonder what I ever did to deserve this. Is anybody doing any research on this? Sorry, just discouraged.

Hi Dayton,

Don't you just love how RSD rears its ugly head. It don't care if you are having a good day or week. It will strike at any moment. This is just how it is.

I actually thought I was going into remission went off all my meds and thought the scs would take care of everything. Boy was I stupid. It came back and now I am back on meds and getting gangloin blocks again.

It truly sucks and we can't stop it. I have had many discouraging moments with this monster.

I hope you start feeling better soon and as for worrying about having to have blocks again and your husband having a tissy fit, you tell him to take your pain for 1 day and do his everyday activities and come back to you at the end of the day and tell you how he feels . I bet it won't be to pretty.
