Bryn,
Have you found out about the pump yet????? My RSD kicked back in, that's why so much pain. I was told, (not by my Dr.) to get a block bfore and after surgery. Going to pain Dr. today to see if I can now get another block. Let me know.

Hi Valarie,

I didn't have an epidural before they put the pump in either. I don't think it's such a big deal. They've put in epidurals for every other surgery I've had so I think if they thought it was that important, they would have.
