 Pain is back after 2nd nerve block
Well, I guess the pain reduction couldn't last forever.
My pain was down to a 4 after being at 6/7 before the 2nd block (this is with my daily dose of vicodin ES of course). Then on the evening of the 6th day, the pain started creeping back, then it woke me up that night like a hot poker shoved into my wrist/arm. Pain has been back to a 7 since then.
Its weird, but I'm not that upset. My first block only worked for 20 minutes. This one worked for 6 days! Hey, That's progress! I'll take what I can get. So it's kinda bittersweet.
I feel like there's hope that the next block (in 10 days) will last longer and give me even more pain reduction.
