What makes my RSD pain better
Hi,
I would like to know what makes your RSD pain better (please mention where your RSD is in your reply).
I have RSD in my left knee/leg.
What makes my RSD pain better:

-Medication Lidoderm as an adjuvant to Oxycontin or Duragesic
-Medications Dilaudid, Percodan, Vicodin, Tylenol with codeine #3, Tylenol with codeine #4, paracetamol with codeine, paracetamol with dextropropoxyphene, Valium, Lioresal, Soma, Flexeril, or Robaxin for breakthrough or incident pain
-Medications marcaine, lidocaine, and cortisone injected directly into the knee

-Moderate physical therapy or exercise
-Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) device
-Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) device
-Immobilizers, braces, wraps, or bandages (ONLY if the knee does not feel hot or is not sweaty)
-Rubbing or caressing (ONLY if the knee is not hypersensitive to touch)
-Acupressure combined with massage (ONLY if the knee is not hypersensitive to touch)
-"Professional" cold packs (ONLY if the knee feels hot or is sweaty)
