David is very down at the moment, and to be honest , i am too. His barrister has regretfully said that he cannot ask the legal services comission to fund the money for David's court case, because he cannot be sure he will win. That is because the neurologist and the psychologist for the defence say that David is exaggerating and fabricating his symptoms!!! Whether or not I can show concrete evidence that David is much worse now, reminding him that it is eighteen months since David was examined by them, I am not sure. And whether or not this will make a difference, I have yet to find out. I will know more on Monday coming. We now know that David has a frozen shoulder from the RSD, because of underuse of his right arm. We have now seen the cardiologist who is 99% sure that the chest pain is not from his heart. Which suggests that the RSD has spread to his chest. The attacks he is having are almost daily, and sometimes twice and three times a day. He had one during the MRI scan because of the vibration. If David does not have his time in Court, then his ex-wife can force the sale of the house and David would not have enough money from the proceeds to buy another. Neither could he be granted a mortgage because he has no source of earned income.
I am so sad for him, but determined to fight to the last about the court case. I am not normally given to prayer, but for the last week I HAVE been praying.
Lastly, I am so very glad to be back among you. You are all such staunch and valued friends, even although we have never met.
