Hi Everyone,
Me again with another question. In "93" I was put in the hospital for my seizures. The doctor suspended my drivers liscense. Told me to apply for disability. I applied for 5 years was denied also went to the state doctor like I was told. She disabled me for a year and wrote a letter in her oppinion I was permentaly disabled, still denied, I gave up. But I can't get my drivers liscense back without a EEG. Well that comes up abnormal. I'm single and I have to work and get to work. My seizures are controlled when I don't feel good I defenitely don't get behind the wheel. I've already been arrested once for driving on a suspended. But yet they say I'm not disabled. What can I do? Anyone with some info I'd gladly APPRECIATE!!

Hi.

I felt so sad that no-one had been able to give you an answer yet. I can only offer words of comfort because I don't live in the States, and things might be very different for you. Here in the UK it would be the GP who would write to the Licencing Board and give his opinion. Then the Board would make it's decision.
I hope someone here will pick up your post and offer some advice. I will mention it to some of the others.
