Hi Everyone!

This year will just never end! Next year HAS to be better since this is my worst one ever!

Today, Joey was out doing an errand and a woman who couldn't speak English suddenly pulled her car out into traffic without a blinker and Joey couldn't stop (we think he skidded on wet leaves!) He smashed our new (used) car into her, and the airbag went off and smashed his face, and because of the powder and the 'burning' smell, he thought the car was on fire and dove out the door!

Anyway, he seems to be in pretty good condition, but I forced him to go to our Drs. and get a neck X-ray, and to also mention his back, his wrists, and his right foot twisting as it slammed on the brake and the force of impact.....just in case we have a legal case.....

This is the new (used) car that we JUST scraped the cash together for two months ago after he totalled our last old car! Now we're really up the creek because we'll lose all that money....they'll never give us what we paid, and we really won't be able to afford another car now, unless we buy a real clunker with just what they give us.....we'll both still be paying off the loans for this one for the next two years!

Besides, I know when we get a check for whatever they offer us, say $2000, we won't be able to help but want to cash it for all of our bills and Christmas and whatever since Joey's out of work now on STD!!

Aaaaarrrrgghh....I know all these challenges are being given to me for SOME reason for me to learn....I'm just so sick of 2003....it all started with me losing our little Baby-to-be at 10wks....but I think it may have been because of this whole challenge that was coming....how would we have ever managed it? Then it's just been one thing after another.......

Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know...hopefully this accident will not make his RSD explode throughout his whole body!
