Diet
Since my pain is really under control because of diet, the more I research about it the more I wonder if someone else could benefit by it. It's simple and healthy. Vegetable, fruit, and meat. That's all. If it's processed don't eat it so no mayo, catsup, sauces, etc. Minimal carbs so no sodas, extra sugar, breads, dairy, cereal, etc. Sound rough? Yea, but I'm practically pain free and its worth it.
Went back the doc last week and while he couldn't confirm the diet made me better he did say whatever I do don't get off it. He had actually believed neuropathy wasn't treatable and he's totally dumbfounded and surprised I'm walking. I'm not. I knew as soon as the RSD spread the problem had to be in the diet. I've been researching a lot, as many of you know, and this diet eliminates several major problems that can cause malabsorption. Let me know if you decide to try it.
