I vaguely remember what that thing called sleep is
I have tried various meds without success and a lot of different relaxation techniques and nothing works. I tend to keep myself busy throughout the night, with the internet going, the tv on and a book beside me. I usually get a little sleep at around 5 or 6am for an hour or two. I seem to survive on resting throughout the day.
