the alignment of the smiley faces has me bewildered.
can someone possibly post a link to exhibit which smiley goes to which keyhole?
i continue to be confused.
also,
can someone tell me how i woud get a reply from a search engine result?and wut and where that would be/how,etc?
in other words,can someone respond to me there?

Pert,
use the Smilies legend to the left of the message box, and follow the directions for posting smilies.

i know nothing about search engines.please explain is all.

i notice there is a feature i can send my reply to at end of replies.

Those are internet search engines like Google, AltaVista, MetaSearch, TopResult, Ask Jeeves, etc. that help you find information on the internet.

Just ignore it and go back to the board.
