Hi. I included a member's name in my post, but it came up as all asterisks. Do you know why? Did I break a rule?

Anytime a word is *'s or asterisk out, it means that word is censored. This site will not allow that word to be seen. There are many reasons we censor a word, mostly likely it would be abusing the Posting Policy.

Thank you for your reply. But if it's a person's name that is *ed out, is it because they are banned? Just wondering.

Let's look further into this.
Could you spell out the censored word or name backwards so that I will know.
I will check it out.
