If you are not trying to reregister without permission, after being banned, then you got the message due to the type of internet service you have that allows many customers to dial into the same IP number.
We have had to block the IP number that a banned former member has been reregistering with. You happen to use the same IP number.
You can redial into the internet and see if you get a different dial in number, or you can get a different internet provider. We suggest that you get a different internet service, if you wish to have uninterrupted access to healthboards.com.
