can we post exact info sites? - Registration/Membership/Site Problems Message Board

hiya,
i am not clear on the rules. there are several sites out there ran by organizations that answer many if not all of peoples questions that are repeated over and over and over. is it ok to reply with different sites that will answer these question? i feel that it will lower the frustration level on some boards and give correct information for those who need it so badly. thank you.

Members may post the information-only .edu and .gov websites.

Members may email the administrator for permission
to post other non-profit information-only websites.
