About Passwords

I received an e-mail from this web site telling me I had wanted to reset my password but I don't. I don't remember doing anything like that. This e-mail had said that my password would not work in twenty four hours. The e-mail did say to ignore this if I didn't want to reset but I wanted to make sure about the password. Will the original password still be in existence? Passwords are hard to make up you know.

Thank you.
Kileen
