Hello,
I was checking my emails frequently last weekend. Each message is answered daily, unless I am away, which is seldom, then they are all answered as soon as I return.
If your friend emailed to me, she was answered. If she still cannot access, she needs to email adminmod1@healthboards.com, and to make sure her spam control will allow emails from healthboards, and from my return address: headmod@yahoo.com
She must include her username and registered email address with her questions so that I am able to troubleshoot.
