It was deleted, and you were notified by email.
You were notified by email that even after a post deletion, you may find your previous username related to the post on search engines.
You will have to wait for the search engines to reindex their data bases, which may take 30 days or longer. We have no control over any search engine data base.

I would be very happy if you could just delete the threads that were started by me three years ago and the post I wrote three years ago. You do not have to modify the answers other people wrote, if that is too much work, but please could you delete, what I wrote.
