PM feature
If someone asks for a response that needs to be private (for instance providing doctor's names) and they don't have their PM feature turned on, how are we supposed to let them know that we will not be responding if we are not allowed to mention the PM feature?

Per the rules, when PM is not available, respect that (which includes don't even post about it).

Either don't reply, or you may report the post requesting that we notify the member to read the rules about use of PM.
