Registration is not working for me. It never takes my password or my user name or my enmail address. Is never right. The harder i try the worse it gets. I really need to be able to use health board because i am bilpor. Can you help me? I would like to use passwords and username that i know. Guess what? I can't even do that!

The username that you want is already taken.

To register you must make the name different with more letters and numbers. Or choose a different username that is not already registered.
