As far as I know, I have never been on this site before. When I was looking up info., it said at the top of the page that I was not a member of the community- so I TRIED to sign up. Then it said my password was incorrect. How can I be entering an icorrwect password if I am not part of the community yet? I'm using the same password that I use for most of my other sites.
I then went back to enter my email address to send a message to get help and it said it did not recognize my email address! It's the same address I usually use! Help!

The message at the top of the page says one may need to register. It does not 'know' if you are registered.

What you wrote appears that you tried to use the Login link for registering. The other message showed that you had not registered. You cannot login until you do register.

To register, click on either 'Register' or 'Join for Free' which are the only links to the Registration Page:
