Unhappy Pathological Liar

My friend Jeff is a Pathological lier. I dont know what to do. I first saw jeff at a local acme where he used to work. Me and my friend went there with her mom to go shopping, our first impresion of jeff was that he was a good looking kid. A couple weeks after that he had came to my friends house, it had turned out that he was friends with her boyfriend. It was weird because we didnt even know it was him at first. After that i had started chillen wit jeff because he was gettin with another friend of mine. Jeff started off with little lie's that were belieavable, things like yeh i always have money about a hundred dollars at a time, i didnt know him that well so of course i believed him. Then after a while i got to know jeff even better and started to chill with him everyday because he started chillen wit one of my best friends and her boyfriend who i was wit all the time. After that Jeff changed, his lie's started to get out of control and scary. He would lie about stuff u didnt need to lie about, We all know he lie's but 2 times me and my friend actually caught him, he would say he was somewhere like 45 minutes away but then we would see him driving down the street and at a local shopping center. Jeff said he goes to parties every night but all of that is a lie. He hangs out with kids 5 years younger then him....He is 19 and some of the kids he hangs out with are 14 and 15 i guess that is ok but i dont know what to do...none of us know what to do. Jeff is a really nice kid with a heart of gold...In the beginning we would make fun of him for lien and think it was a joke, but now it started to get serious, he cant go a day or even a sentence without liein, we really need some advice because his lien has started to scare all of us. One day we went to his work to see him and asked him why he hadnt been answering our fone calls lately jeff replied with thats because i threw my cell fone in the trash last night and i have been at work all day and havent had a chance to get it from my house yet...we didnt really believe him but just to see if he was lien when we left his work we went over to his car and looked up on his rizer where he always keep's his fone and it was sitting right there, we knew it was his fone because it had the same case on it and the screen was messed up just like his fone, and we knew it was his fone...When we asked jeff about it and said we had saw his fone in his car he got offensive and said that was not my fone it was my moms, jeff's fone is a little ***** and his mom's is one of the bigger ones, completely different fones. Jeff lies about bein with people and then when we call those people and asked them what they had done that night they would say oh chilled wit jeff, but jeff would deny it and say that he hadnt been with them. Is there medicine or something that he can take to make his mind right and help him...I've talked to jeff like had a heart to heart with him and i asked him aboiut his past he said it wasnt good, but im not sure if he's liein about that too. He said hes been to therapist and things for help and they havent worked for him but im not sure if thats a lie to. Jeff says that he hates himself and things like he just wishes he would die..I feel bad for him..He is a really good looking kid and has alot goin for him...He is a really good drawer and goes to school for art...We all love the kid to death and want to get him help..If anyone has any advice then please respond to this....

Thank you so much for your time<3
