Wow Im sorry about what your going through, whats even worse is that im sure if your mother reads this she will pick up that it is you just by what you have already told us.
You should make your passwords longer and more complicated, like a mix of several numbers and some letters, I know that sucks for you but at least you can write it down she can spend hours trying...im talking something amazing like 978565adfpaidf8769876...you know! It doesnt have to be that long of course but something like that she'd never figure out.
And I know this sounds bad but you can get the police involved this is a form of online stalking what she is doing to you! I hope for yours and your brothers sake that you two can break ties with this woman or make her change her ways (not likely). Good luck!
