Yes, the stress from a break-up (or any major life event) can do all kinds of weird and wacko things to your body. Don't worry about this symptom for now, unless it continues when you can honestly say you are no longer under stress. Just take good care of yourself, take plenty of time to yourself, relax as much as you can, etc.
PS: Last time I went through a break-up, I couldn't believe all of the weird things that started happening to me, from being under constant stress all day long for months. The symptoms all went away over time.
