i need ur opinions please. Last week my friend and i where eatin lunch at the student union at my college and long story short someone took our seats and there was this girl sitting at the next table and i asked if we could join. All went well. i got the #. That was like friday of last week. My friend has like called her a bunch(she mostly never picked up) and like always was talkin to her at school. I havent called her at all sense i got the #(only a week ago b/c of the following..

The last few days i have talked to her on Instant Message when ever i got home(been like 11 or 12 at night). Everytime we talked is was smooth and stuff and then she started say like how "ur friend is weird, he like asks me stuff about like what kind of guys i like and stuff" and "he doesn't like "like" me does he cause i hope not". so, after that she has been kind hard to talk to.

My question....did he mess it up for me? and what should i do. I mean im genuinely interested in her but after that^ i dont wanna just ask her out
