Working with husband

My husband and I are married for 4 years, been together for 12. We have our ups and downs but we always manage to sort out our problems and through it all our love seem to keep us together. However I started working with him and decided to be his personal assistant. He has his own company and asked me to fill in for his ex employee. In the beginning we were fine but recently he's changed and is almost a different person. He lashes out at me for no reason and is irritable and mean. I almost hate him and want to just cry and ask for a separation. I don't know, maybe I should? I can't go back to being so loving with him like we used to and even if I stop working with him, I don't think I'll love him the same.

Re: Working with husband

working with a spouse is hard.....I think you need to set up boundries.
Does he lash out at you at work or at home? If it's at work, you need to ask him......would he lash out like this if it was someone else (besides you) doing the job, or is he lashing out at you because he feels comfortable enough to do it. He still needs to act professional in the work place......
and both of you need to not bring your work place troubles home with you. If that's too hard to do, maybe seek employment elsewhere.
