Post Kids meeting SO's kids

I have three children. Two girls that live with me and a boy who lives in another state with his father. My daughter's recently met my SO's daughter. They got alone fine. For anyone else who has been there, what should I expect? We are going about things slowly. Been seeing each other about 6 months now and have no plans of moving in together or anything like that. We just reached a point where it seemed like a nice idea to get the girls together once in awhile.

Just go with the flow. If the kids aren't going to all be living together anytime soon, then don't worry. Include as many of the kids as you can in group outings etc. as things become more serious and they will get into their own rythym together. The group dynamic will work itself out. If conflicts occur, be sure to handle them together with your SO and try not to appear to be siding with his kid to gain points or against his kid to show favoritism to your own (if you see what I mean). Kids are awesome, they'll figure it out long before we do!
If you see me let me know because I have been looking for myself all day.

Relax - take it easy and things can be fine. Good luck
