Unhappy HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
i just broke up with my bf ,and i want to get over him b'cause i keep thinking about him everyday and the things we useto do. ANY ADVICE,COMMENTS,OR OPINION HOW TO GET OVER HIM WOULD HELP ME

I'D LIKE TO KNOW SOME THINGS I COULD DO
THAT COULD PROBABLY KEEP ME FROM THINKING ABOUT HIM

Its possible that you may NEVER get over him.I waited 5 years to get over my BF and after 5 years I still thought about him all day,everyday so I just decided the heck with it and called him .

just remember the reason you slip up. start seeing other people, don't go back to him cause you know it will sour after a day or two.

Have some of your best girl friends around you. Nothing helps like being with your friends and having a great night out! Go bowling, hit the mall, etc.

Realize that there will be some pain as it sounds like you guys just broke up, but things will get easier in time.

I know what you mean I had my first real bf at age 19 I am 32 now but when we broke up I obsessed over him day and night I ended up trying to commit suicide and then I called him from my hospital room I could not let go and now I am back in the same town I dated him in I don't miss him I despise him he was abusive to me for 4 years and I just know that you will get through this believe me even though I was 19 older not much older than you I was very imature for my age I always have been at least 2 years behind what I should be I finally after 2 years of calling him and driving him nuts I got over him and you will tooo.. he is not good for me I didn't realize the control he had over me for all those years but the problem is I keep meeting the same type of guy over and over again I can't get over my ex from last year he was 20 I was 30 huge age difference but he won't even talk to me at all and its making me so upset I don't know how to handle it.. its difficult but it will get better hang in there and know you are not alone in this I am here for you

drewbaby, keep yourself busy, go to movies, hobbies, go out with friends, stay busy with school if in school and occupy time with work if work, church, etc. good luck, badgirl

Everyone told me "Keep yourself busy especially with friends" and you know what they were right.
