Firstly,dont feel ashamed for feeling lost and alone.Cry let it out,talk to a close friend about how your feeling,give yourself the right to grieve.Breaking up or moving on in a relationship hurts like hell.Did your SO not even want to work through whatever problem you were having?If not,as hard as it is,his feelings,heart and love probably weren't where they should of been.Sure you feel rejected its one of the most painful things a person can feel.Is there any way the two of you could sit down and talk about this?Big hugs to you and hope everything works out for you.
