I'm 17 right now.. and I went out with this girl same age as me for a week.. I thought we really liked each other and it would last a while.. but she decided she wanted to be good friends.. its been 2 weeks now and we talk almost everyday.. I still really like her and it hurts.. any ideas on how to get over this?..

I'm probably not a good person to give advice on this subject because of the situation that I'm in, but I'd say find a new girl. Your 17, there are a lot of them out there.

Hang out with your friends, stay busy doing things you like to do. This should help you keep your mind off of her. You are 17 yrs old...do you know how many girls you will date before you find the right one? You need to get over her and move on. Just like you met this girl...you will met another one again.
