My ex-finace is living with a guy that she doesn't want to be with. In all honesty she moved in with him for financial reasons. We are still in love and want to get back together. I still want to marry her, she's the love of my life.
Here is the problem. She's going through a custody battle right now with her ex-husband for their child. The main argument that he has in this custody battle is that she's unstable. She moves around to much. She is a good mother and spends far more time taking care of her son then her ex-husband does, but she feels that she is stuck where she is because of the custody battle. She doesn't want to be with the guy she lives with...she wants to be with me. We've had our problems in the past, but always remained friends and still love each other.
The court date for the custody battle is probably going to be in January.
My question is this....what should I do ? I love her and am willing to wait for her, I'm absolutely positive that she loves me and will leave him when the trial is over. On the other hand it is killing me thinking of her living with another guy for that long. I don't sleep and I pretty much have to force feed myself in order to eat. I'm a total wreck.
