What are some good ways to approach a girl you don't even know. I don't even know her name but I want to meet her and warm up to her. Any advice of what I should say, when I should say it (like in school) or even a way to ask her out or to the school dance?

Ask your friends if any of them know her, and if they do then ask them to introduce you to her. If not, then just start off by saying hi to her while you're walking by. She'll probably say hi back, and after a week of just greeting each other then start a real conversation and things should progress from there.
