| RLS During the Day and Not the Night?
I'm about to go crazy. This feels like RLS and dopamine used to totally relieve the sensation. Then that stopped working but I was also taking morphine for chronic pain and as long as I took it the sensation was under control. Now the clinic cut my morphine in half (new regulations in our state) so I hurt all the time. I tried taking Cymbalta (have both neuropathy and fibromyalgia) and I spent close to 3 months in bed asleep trying to tolerate it but I had to stop.
The sleep specialist said if it was RLS a much smaller dose of opiate would relieve the sensation and I would have symptoms during the night and not the day. I also take Neurontin, Horizant and an iron supplement. Doctor says there is nothing more they can do.
