| Re: maybee symptoms of rls
It really does sound like you are suffering from restless legs syndrome. There are various possible solutions for it. You might want to check out this website for more information: http://www.4woman.gov/faq/rls.htm
My late husband's doctor prescribed 1000 mg. daily folic acid supplement for him and it did the trick for solving his serious case of RLS. I had a minor case of it, and I started taking folic acid, too, and I think it might have worked for me. But because mine wasn't that serious, it could have just been circumstantial that the occasional problem disappeared the same time I started the folic acid. Other people are helped by taking iron or magnesium. Still others need some type of medication.
One thing I noticed after I increased my consumption of fruits and vegetables to MANY servings a day is that I feel more relaxed, less anxious. I'm talking about things like spinach, tomatoes, green and red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, acorn squash, etc. here, not corn (which is really a grain, not a vegetable) or potatoes. I even eat vegetables with my breakfast now half the time, and I really am feeling better. If you aren't eating a lot of fruits and vegetables now, you might just try it. You have nothing to lose.
