| Adhesions The Cause Of Rls?
Is there anyone out there that has endometriosis or adhesions PLUS RLS? I believe there might be an association between adhesions and RLS. And endometriosis is basically one form of adhesions. The reason I think there might be some association is because I recently saw a diagram of normal tissue compared to tissue that has adhesions. The adhesions are like a web between tissues, and they basically act like glue. I have endometriosis and RLS. I had a hyster because of the severity of the endometriosis. My RLS isn't any better though. What I notice is that when I stretch, it feels like my muscles just won't stretch the way I think they should and it feels like the muscles won't release. I believe it's because there are adhesions there. And when there are adhesions on muscle tissue or tendons/ligaments, then the muscle just isn't going to stretch. And no matter how much I stretch, I never make any progress. I don't seem to be able to stretch any further even after several days of stretching. From everything I've read, the best and most unobtrusive way to deal with adhesions is through deep muscle massage.
There's still the question of what is the true root cause of RLS, adhesions, endometriosis. My personal believe is that it's something in the foods we eat, maybe the food binders, who knows. We will never know because if something like that were proven, the information would never be released to the public. So I'm going to change my diet to strickly fruits, veggies, and nominal protein. We weren't meant to eat processes foods.
So if you have RLS with endo or adhesions, let me know. I'd like to know how many have this combination of problems.
Thanks,
